Our Ballston Spa Location is currently looking to  find a Construction Project Supervisor! 

A construction orientated individual with basic knowledge and understanding of how residential new construction building products are installed. Must have patience, an eye for detail, good communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a professional work environment.

Additional training opportunities exist for the ideal candidate!

$25 - $26 per hour starting rate depending on experience!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversight, supervise and coordinate the installation of residential building products such as windows/doors/cabinets/flooring    
• Knowledge of our installed products, programs, procedures, etc.
• Working knowledge of best practices, as it relates to installation of building products
• Work to meet and exceed customers’ needs on and off the jobsite
• Remove damaged or defective product and repair or replace 
• Assessment of product or install deficiencies
• Develop a continuous business relationship with our customers and vendors
• Good working knowledge of blueprints, plans to prepare project layouts and determine material
• May need to participate in basic repairs
